All of our products are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. If one of your products needs attention, contact us using the form below. Repairs are also available on all items.

RETURN POLICY

Custom orders are non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in the case of aprons, in unworn condition. For other shop tools, like tool rolls, block plane holders, etc., they must be in unused condition. Please fill out and submit the form below before the return. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to Texas Heritage Woodworks. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a 15% re-stocking fee, or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. 

SHIPPING

We ship using USPS Priority Mail. If special arrangements are needed, please let us know in the comments section as you order. International orders are mailed USPS First Class International unless a different method is requested by customer.

TURNAROUND TIME

In stock items will still ship in 2-3 business days. All other orders will take 8+ weeks. Due to the small batch sizes that we are limited to, our turnaround time may increase to 10+ weeks if a surge of orders occurs. If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately and will keep you posted on the progress. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have a question regarding the status of your order. If you are purchasing an item as a gift and need it by a certain time, please let us know. We will do our best to meet your time frame if given enough advance notice.
